The Chesterfield Environmental Commission's Green Team, a team of volunteers from the community participated in a "Tidy up the Parks Day" on Saturday.  The Team, and Chesterfield Kids for Community pruned the undesirable branches from the trees and collected litter from Charlotte Rogers Park.
 The Green Team will plan additional "Tidy up" days to trim dead branches and unhealthy growth from the trees in all of the parks.  The Team and the Environmental Commission will continue efforts to preserve our Natural Resources.  If you'd like to volunteer for the Green Team, please click here.
