programs and developing its coaches. Please take a few minutes to
fill out this survey honestly. Constructive criticism is welcome, as
well as any suggestions and new ideas you may have to improve the CTAA.
This survey will be used as a tool to identify opportunities for
improvement. Your name is optional but should you choose to include it,
the author's name will be kept confidential. All results will be shared with the coaches at a high level. All
complaints will be kept strictly confidential and will be used in accordance
with our Coach Selection Policy.This survey can be filled out and submitted
