NORTHERN BURLINGTON INSTRUCTIONAL LEAGUE

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL FIELD DIRECTIONS

MANSFIELD    

To Mansfield Community Park (MCP):  (Greco Babe Ruth Field, Cal Ripken Field, Mansfield Park Softball field)

From North:  206 South, under NJ Tpk overpass; Proceed South on 206 for 2-3 miles to Columbus Veterinary Hospital; exit just past Hospital; At end of ramp, make a Left; proceed through the traffic light in middle of Columbus; 200 yards past light, make a Right into Park; Babe Ruth field is the first field on the right, beyond play equipment and soccer fields; Cal Ripken field is last field on the right at end of drive; Softball field adjacent to BR field and behind Cal Ripken field. 

From South: 206 North into town of Columbus (look for exit sign off Rte. 206); At blinker, make a Right and proceed as above. 

To Town Hall Field:  Proceed as above to traffic light in Columbus; Go straight (if traveling east) or make a Right if traveling north; Make a Right into main driveway of Municipal Complex and proceed straight ahead; Field is at the end of the drive with the Baseball Grandstand mural along the third base line. 

To Civic Club:  Proceed as above to traffic light in Columbus; Make a left if traveling East and proceed straight if traveling north, and proceed north on New York Avenue;  At the yield where road merges with Rte. 206, make a Right into Civic Club grounds. 

To Hedding Park:  Rte. 206 to AGWAY.  Go west on Mansfield Road West to end.  Make a Left.  Proceed to 3-way stop and bear Left.   Field is about ¼ mile up on the Left.  

NORTH HANOVER                   

To Babe Ruth field:  From North:  206 South, through Bordentown; Just past truck Weigh station median, make left at Rte 545 (new traffic light); Take 545 5-6 miles to Rte 537 intersection; Make a left at light (WAWA on left corner) onto 537 East and follow to Schoolhouse Road on Left; Left on Schoolhouse Road, and field is on Right before Lamb School.   

OR 206 S to 68 S to 537 E. From South: Access Rte. 537, and proceed East or West to Schoolhouse Road. 

To Bambino & Softball fields:  Same as above, except proceed into CB Lamb School driveway to rear of drive and entrance into fields parking lot 

SPRINGFIELD                                     

To Helis Field:  Rte. 206 to 537 East; Through Jobstown blinking light; 2nd Right is Meeting House Road;  Right on Meeting House, and field is about half mile on Right. (Helis Field) 

To Springfield Town Hall & Springfield School: Rte. 206 to Jobstown-Jacksonville Road (WAWA on corner); From the North, make a LEFT and go east several miles to Town Hall on Left, or Springfield School on Right. 

To Juliustown Fields: Rte. 537 to Jobstown-Juliustown Road; Travel south into Juliustown; Make a Left and follow to end of gravel road to park entrance on Left. 

CHESTERFIELD

Recreation Park:  From South: Take Rt. 206 North to Old York Rd. (County Rd. 660). This is just pass Rt. 68. Make a right onto Old York Rd. Continue to 2^nd flashing signal (Rt. 528). Make a left onto rt. 528 and then make 1^st right onto Fenton Lane. Follow Fenton Lane around bend and Park will be on your left. 

From North: Take 130/206 South. In Bordentown, take jughandle (Quik-Chek) for Chesterfield (Rt. 528). Continue on Rt. 528 approx. 2 miles, make left onto Fenton Lane. Continue as above. 

From MAFB: Take Rt. 545 North. Continue through intersection at Rt. 537 (WaWa). Proceed to fork in Rd. (545 will bend to left), continue straight onto Chesterfield Georgetown Rd. (Rt. 677). Continue to Rt. 528 (Chesterfield Inn), make a left onto rt. 528. Proceed approx. 2 miles through flashing signal. Make next right onto Fenton Lane. Continue as above. 

Charlotte Rogers Field:  From South: To Old York Rd. as above. Continue on Old York Rd. through 2 flashing signals. Proceed to next stop. Go straight at stop (Margerum Rd.) past farm house, parking will be on left. The field is set back behind farm house. 

From North: To Rt. 528 as above. Continue on Rt. 528 approx. 2.25 miles to Old York rd. (Rt. 660). Make a left onto Old York Rd. (flashing signal) and continue to next stop. Proceed as above. 

Crosswicks Field:  From South: Take Rt. 206 North to Ward Ave. in Bordentown (Chickie & Petes). Turn right onto Ward Ave. Continue into Crosswicks to stop sign. Make a right and field will be on your left.
