Crosswicks Community Association House Rental Contract:  Addendum

If the renter plans to serve alcoholic beverages at the event, the renter must have on file with the CCA Board of Trustees a special event insurance rider indicating their wil be said alcohol served, and the renter (the signer) will be responsible for any mishaps, damage, or misbehavior due to alcohol consumption.  Non -compliance will mean forfeit of $200.00 down payment or damages determined by the Board.
