Crosswicks Community House Rental Agreement

Make check payable to CROSSWICKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION - 2 weeks before the event.

Rental deposit should be posted by a separate check which will be returned after inspection of building.  If problems, according to the Code of Conduct, are found Renter will forfeit the deposit.  Cost of repairs due to damage will be billed to the Renter.

CODE OF CONDUCT

• Event must conclude by 1am.
• All music must be turned off by 10pm, out of consideration for our neighbors.  Excessive noise will result in loss of deposit and/or denial of future events. 
• Renter reserves use of the building only, unless special arrangements are made for grounds.
• Guest must not drive or park on grass surrounding the Community House.
• NO SMOKING is allowed inside the Community House.  Renter must provide butt can for smokers outside the House.
• Building capacity is 98 persons per floor.
• No ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are to be served unless arrangements are made with the Association and an appropriate INSURANCE COMPANY.  (See Addendum)

CLEANUP CHECKLIST

• Pick up, wipe up, spilled food or trash.
• Remove food and decorations.  Take trash to the dumpster.
• Wipe down tables and chairs, and re-stack.
• Clean out refrigerator and freezer, if used.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.
• Turn off lights.
• Return any building keys.
