All dogs must be licensed by March 31, 2008.

Please be advised that a Dog License cannot be issued if the rabies shot expires during the current year.

The free Rabies Shot Clinic was held on Saturday, March 8, 2008.

Dogs must be licensed each year prior to March 31st.  Late charges are assessed after this date.  Puppies must be licensed after the age of six months.  The Township Clerk issues dog licenses during normal working hours and during the free Rabies Clinic, which is held on a Saturday in March (check the web page for the date).  A current rabies is required for the issuance of a dog license.  If the rabies vaccination expires during the licensing year, it will not be accepted.  Fees for dog licenses are as follows:

Non-spayed/non-neutered         $11.20
Spayed/Neutered                      $ 8.20
Late Fee - after March 31          $ 5.00 per month

Please notify the Township if your dog is now deceased or no longer owned.

Dog license renewal forms are mailed in January to all homeowners who have previously licensed their dogs in Chesterfield Township.  If you have misplaced that renewal form or have a new dog to license, you may use the form below.  Please read the information carefully on the form.  You can use your computer's mouse and then print function to complete the form.  After sending the form in with the necessary fees and documentation, your dog license will be mailed to you.
