CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD

EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES

July 14, 2009 

Present at this meeting were Lawrence Durr, Brian Kelly, Joseph Malison, John Nunziato, Lido Panfili, F. Gerry Spence and Chairman DeFelippis.   Absent: Donald Coover, Deborah Kelly, Gregory Lebak, Thomas Leyden, Matthew Weismantel and Brian Wilson. Professional staff present:  Frederick Hardt, Solicitor; Lisa Specca, Planner’s Office

 Solicitor Hardt advised the Planning Board on the status of the lawsuit involving Mr. Liptak.  Concern was raised as to whether the suit would inhibit the ability to install the road for the new school. 

There being no further business, the executive session was adjourned at 9:50PM, and the Planning Board returned to the public session.
