All houses and businesses with alarm systems are required to
register them with the Township.
There is a one time registration fee of $15.00. You may use this web
page form or forms are available at the Municipal Building.
Form Instructions:
You may fill this form out on your
computer but it cannot be emailed to the Police Department because their is
a fee involved. When filling out this form, use the mouse/tab buttons
to complete. When the form is complete, you can print it from your
computer then it can
either be mailed to the Police Department, 300 Bordentown-Chesterfield Rd,
Chesterfield, NJ 08515 or you may take it to the Police Department with the required
$15.00. Checks are to be made payable to Chesterfield Township.
