| If you live in Chesterfield
Township, the Chesterfield Township Police Department handles all requests
for NJ Firearms Purchaser Identification Cards and Pistol Permits.
Now you can download the necessary forms and
complete them before you come into the Chesterfield Twp. Police office or
you may pick up the forms at the Police Department. Please read the
Firearms Instruction sheet for the exact information you will need
concerning fees, fingerprinting and necessary information before you bring
the completed forms to the office.

If you already have a
valid NJ Purchasers Identification Card but you card
is lost, mutilated or stolen and originally issued in Chesterfield Twp (or
change of address within Chesterfield Twp) OR for a change of address, name, etc., from another issuing authority
and you
now reside in Chesterfield Twp.
You will need the following form:

If you already have a valid NJ Firearms
Purchasers Identification Card issued by Chesterfield Twp. and wish to
purchase a Handgun.

at 291-0912, Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 4 pm and speak with Aggie.
Your card is considered invalid or unusable if the address does not match
your NJ Drivers License exactly.
