Information Concerning the 2010 Reassessment: By state law, every Homeowner will receive the same Reassessment Letter. (Please note: some letters are still being mailed.) Since I am only doing 25% of the total residential units (600 homes), 75% of the owners will not see me - unless the homeowner calls in for an inspection . (298-2311)I will be concentrating mostly in the new developments, and resales from the last 18 months that occurred outside the PVD zone.
