New Jersey, and whose gross income does not exceed $100, 000 ($40,00 for
homeowners who are not 65 years of age or disabled)

How to apply.
File Form HR-1040 (and Form NJ-1040, if required)
When to apply.
By April 15 or extended due date.
Payment Date
To be mailed on or before July 31.
